  1. Install a VR Video player You can choose any of the following:

Instructions:

  • Set Oculus display mode to Extend Desktop to HMD.
  • Select these settings:
    • Press the H key until you see the HUD
    • Press control + A to reset default parameters
    • Press the E key until you see “LR”
    • Press the P key until you see “equir”
    • Press either the N or the M key until equir lat is at 180

    • Stereo 3D/2D type: Side by Side 3D
    • Screentype: Dome (180) screen
  1. Choose a video you like from RealityLovers. Select the Oculus Rift version and click download.
  2. Play the video and enjoy the show!

Samsung Gear VR

Instructions for Samsung Gear VR

  1. If Samsung VR is not yet installed on your Gear VR compatible phone install it directly in the Oculus Home Environment*.
  2. Download a video from RealityLovers to your computer.
  3. Connect your phone to your computer via a USB Cable and copy the file to one of these folders: \Card\Movies or \Phone\Movies. Your computer may offer you the option to copy & convert the file or just copy. Select Copying only.
  4. Insert your phone into the Gear VR headset and launch the Samsung VR app from the Oculus Home. In the Samsung VR application select the "Device" and then "Sideloaded" and pick a video you want to watch and enjoy!

  1. You will need to install a VPN app like Hola on your phone and select USA as your country.
  2. From within the Hola app, launch the Oculus Store. Search for Samsung VR and install it to your phone.
  3. Once you enter the Oculus Home app using your Gear VR again, you should find Samsung VR in your Library. Launch it and enjoy the VirtualReality experience.

  1. Install a VR Player on your smartphone. We recommend VRTV. Get it on Google Play
  2. Download a video from RealityLovers. Select appropriate video file, either 30 fps or 60 fps, depending on the version of android phone being used. Downloading may take several minutes depending on your connection speed.
  3. Connect your phone to your computer via a USB Cable and transfer the downloaded VR videos to your mobile.
  4. On your smartphone, Open the VRTV app and choose the video you copied to your phone and once the video starts insert your phone into the VR Goggles and enjoy!

    For the best experience select the following settings when playing the video:

    Screen: Dome 180
    Video Type: 3D SBS
    Projection: Normal
    VR Mode: On

  1. Install a VR Player on your iPhone. We recommend FreeVRPlayer. Download on the App Store
  2. Download a video from RealityLovers. You can choose between 30 fps and 60 fps. The latter provides a smoother headtracking but the file is larger. Downloading may take several minutes depending on your connection speed. VR Video files are very large.
  3. Connect your phone to your computer via a USB Cable and copy the file using iTunes to your iPhone.

    How to copy the Video Files to your iPhone:

    1. Select the VR Player app in the list in the file-sharing section in iTunes.
    2. Drag and drop files from a folder or window on to the Documents list to copy them to the FreeVRPlayer app on your device.
    3. Alternatively click Add, find the file or files you want to copy from your computer, and then click Choose. iTunes will copy these files to the FreeVRPlayer app on your device.
  4. On your iPhone, Open the FreeVRPlayer app, choose the video you want to play and once the video starts insert your phone into the VR Goggles and enjoy!
